This notice explains how we collect and use personal information when you use hisarhalfmarathon.in, submit registration interest, or send a partnership inquiry.
What we collect
- Interest registration: name, phone, email, race category, sponsor opt-in choice, waiver acceptance.
- Partner inquiries: name, company, email, phone.
- Technical: optional lightweight page-view metadata (path, referrer, device class, anonymous visitor id) when our database is configured.
Why we collect it
- To notify you when paid registration opens and communicate event updates.
- To respond to sponsorship and partnership requests.
- To operate and improve the website (traffic volume, device mix).
- If you opt in, to share relevant registration details with event sponsors and partners.
How we store it
Form submissions are stored in our event database (Supabase / Postgres) when configured, or delivered by email fallback to the organizers if the database is unavailable. Access is limited to Aeropace event leads.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only: (a) with sponsors/partners if you opt in; (b) with service providers needed to run the event (e.g. timing, medical, payment when those go live); (c) when required by law or safety.
Retention
Interest and partner records are kept for the 2026 edition and reasonable follow-up for a future edition, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

Email hisarhalfmarathon@gmail.com or call +91 8168510626 to request access, correction, or deletion of your interest record, or to withdraw sponsor marketing consent.
Children
The interest form is intended for adults or for minors only with a parent/guardian’s involvement. Paid entry rules (when published) will state age categories.
Updates
We may update this notice as registration, payment, or vendors change. The effective date above will change when we do.
