Participant declaration & waiver
By ticking the waiver checkbox on the interest form (and again at paid registration when it opens), you confirm you have read this page and agree to the following.
1. Medical fitness
I declare that I am medically fit to train for and take part in a road running event of the distance I select (Half Marathon / 21.1 km, 10K, 5K, or Walkathon / 3 km). I will seek medical advice if I have any doubt about my fitness. I will not participate if I am injured, ill, or advised by a doctor not to run.
2. Assumption of risk
I understand that road running involves risks including but not limited to falls, traffic-related incidents, dehydration, heat illness, cardiac events, and other injuries. I voluntarily assume these risks.
3. Conduct on course
I will follow instructions from organizers, marshals, medical staff, and police / traffic authorities. I will stay in the designated course, respect closures, and not endanger other participants or the public.
4. Release
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless Aeropace Pvt Ltd, event partners, volunteers, officials, and venue / route authorities from claims arising from my participation or presence at the event, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (including proven gross negligence where applicable).
5. Medical treatment
I consent to reasonable first aid and emergency medical treatment arranged by the organizers if needed, and authorize disclosure of relevant medical information to treating clinicians for that purpose.
6. Image & media
I grant Aeropace Pvt Ltd permission to use photographs and video of me taken at event-related activities for legitimate event promotion, unless I notify organizers in writing before race week with a reasonable accommodation request.
7. Data
I understand my registration details are handled as described in the privacy notice. Sponsor data sharing happens only if I opt in.
8. Minors
If the participant is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must accept this waiver and remain responsible as required by the published age rules for paid entry.
9. Changes
Organizers may alter the course, postpone, or cancel for safety, weather, or civic requirements. Refund and deferral rules (when paid entry opens) will be published with the entry product.
